Buying a home in a different state can be intimidating, especially when the laws and processes are unfamiliar. As this was my first home purchase in Virginia, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Kelly Oaks.

From day one, Kelly took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. She never wasted my time showing me homes that didn't fit my criteria and often pointed out potential issues or reasons a property wasn't the right fit before I even had to ask. It was clear that her priority was helping me find the right home—not simply making a sale.

Kelly was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering late-night questions, helping me navigate negotiations, or traveling between appointments to make sure I could see properties with minimal waiting, she consistently went above and beyond. Her knowledge of the local market and Virginia's home-buying process gave me confidence every step of the way.

Beyond being an outstanding professional, Kelly is warm, personable, and easy to relate to. We even discovered a shared interest in Disney memorabilia, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She has a wonderful ability to make what can be a stressful process feel much more comfortable.

This was my second home purchase, and without question one of the best real estate experiences I've had.
